Smart Valve

Smart Valve – allows for any hydraulic flow and pressure without modification of the carrier. This has been designed by Flipscreens R&D team. And is a revolution in hydraulic attachments. Invented by Flipscreen Australia, July 2012.

Direct Drive

The final drive motor is attached directly to the screening bucket, eliminating chains, sprockets, and internal moving parts.

Watertight

With other attachments, the scooped material will spill through the bucket. The FlipScreen’s base is like that of a standard bucket which is watertight. This enables the operator to drive around the site with a full load without spilling.

Rapid Screen Size Change

The operator unlatches the load binders on the mesh. Then enters the machine again, and activates the hydraulics, releasing the old mesh. The operator then moves the bucket to the new mesh. And on operating the hydraulics, rotates the new bucket on. You then secure it.

Easy Switch Between Carrier Machines

With the revolutionary, “plug and play” smart valve. It enables the attachment to switch between carriers. And without hydraulic alterations to the carrier machine. This saves time and costs. Enabling “incorrect” pressures and flows while maintaining correct speed and action. Without any negative effects on the FlipScreen or carrier machine. The result is ramping up to the correct speed and torque and ramping down smoothly to zero. All controlled by the smart valve.

Usable Underwater

FlipScreens are built using durable, high-grade seals. This enables them to screen underwater, changing it from a screener into a mobile wash plant.
